1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the DUH3 App, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the app. These terms apply to all users including members, guests, and administrators.

2. User-Generated Content Policy

DUH3 App has a zero-tolerance policy for the following types of content:

• Objectionable content: Any content that is offensive, hateful, or inappropriate for a general audience.
• Abusive content: Content that attacks, demeans, or harasses other users.
• Sexual content: Explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
• Hate speech: Content that promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
• Illegal content: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities.
• Spam: Repeated, unsolicited, or irrelevant content posted to disrupt the community.
• Misinformation: Deliberately false or misleading information intended to deceive others.

3. Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of this content policy may result in the following actions, at the sole discretion of DUH3 administrators:

• Immediate removal of the offending content.
• Temporary suspension of your account.
• Permanent ban and removal from the DUH3 App.
• Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user without prior notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such content or user violates these terms.

4. Reporting & Moderation

Users are encouraged to report any content they believe violates these terms using the Report function available on all user-generated content. All reports will be reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. You may also block any user to prevent seeing their content.

5. Privacy

Your use of the DUH3 App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you post, share, or transmit through the DUH3 App. By posting content, you represent and warrant that you have the right to do so and that such content does not violate any law or these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. You will be notified of significant changes.
