We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your profile information is visible to other registered DUH3 members within the App. We do not share your data with external parties except as required by law.

5. Location Data

Location tracking is entirely opt-in. Your GPS location is only collected when you actively enable live tracking during a run. You can stop tracking at any time. Location data is only visible to other club members during the active run session.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you have an active account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via the Settings page in the App.

7. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Access and update your personal information via your profile settings.

9. Children's Privacy

The DUH3 App is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
